Turkey’s Google Play Is No Longer Usable: What Are the Alternatives for Low-Cost Cross-Region Purchases Now?

I recently discovered that my Turkish account is no longer functional.

Having opened numerous cross-region accounts without any issues, I initially thought my inability to make payments was due to some kind of account control issue. Following advice found online, I deleted my previous payment methods and tried re-binding them using a Turkish IP.

After much effort, my account was eventually… banned.
